The Chosen Series – H

I do not believe I had a true testimony of Jesus Christ til I watched The Chosen. I was Pretty isolated during aftermath of Covid. I saw an ad for it on Facebook and I was all in from episode one. I also loved watching the behind the scenes and how they prayed about each episode hearing their miracles and the producers and actors testimonies strengthened.

When He preformed the miracle for Peter with the fish! Peter was just spending the night before, angry at God! Do you ever have nights like Peter? I do! They are heavy. Yet when I pray He answers. It’s not always the answer I want but He has a reason. I am learning to just go with His Plans.

Each year me and my family binge watch The Chosen all seasons in the frozen months of January and February. The Chosen creators. They figured it out… They got Christ’s Gospel of love pretty accurate. Sure creative licensing is there but the message it is truth! It is love! We are at season 5 It’s a heavy fortelling season.

While watching each episode of The Chosen I would ask myself what did I learn from How Jesus Christ lived His life…. How did He treat others? How does He forgive? How does He love? How many does He want to include at His table? Read your bibles the answers are all there and The Chosen makes those answers easier, for me it helps me feel His Love is unconditional.
