Kneel and pray with your family every night. Give each member in your family a chance to say a prayer out loud. I promise you, you will experience miracles in your family. Sure they can have the option to pass on the nights they aren’t feeling it, that’s ok, it’s about letting them choose and listen til they are ready to also join in.
You will witness your kids transform, you will see them become more thoughtful with others. They will gain a testimony of prayer and of miracles.
We did this one change last year in our own family. One night after reading scriptures we were going to do the normal one person say the goodnight prayer but we decided to try something new, we all knelt down and we all said a prayer. It doesn’t take long. There have been nights we have all teared up during someone’s prayer. My girls have innocent sincere prayers that I love hearing.
I am so grateful we followed this promoting. We had someone staying with us one night that got to participate in our family prayers. They also said a prayer. They passed away about a month later. I have no idea if this was the last time they prayed out loud but I do know their prayer was felt by God and was answered. I cherish that memory and I’m so grateful I was there to witness it.
Since September, I have also started to offer a prayer with my clients before massaging them. I can’t go into too much detail but I sure wish I took before and after photos on some of these clients. The changes in some should not be able to happen with just massage alone. It is Prayer! Prayer invites God to transform their lives.
